I had a bad week.

Frm Sunday to today, i had a total of 3 nightmares.The scariest was on Sunday night. yea.. the day before a new sch semester commences.
What a good start.

Nothing much to talk abt for this week. Nightmares, school, and confusion whether to change my spects anot. Sch is slack. ya, currently. 13 hours per week up till week 7th. When the 8th week starts, i'll be having attachment from wed-fri, 8hrs per day. Cool huh? i'll get to plan and implement the whole curriculum for my children. Whoah.. i wonder which childcare will i be posted to? i pray i wouldnt land on somewhere "wu loo".

I am back!! haha. Had been staying over at my eldest sis's house for the past few days. finally back to my cosy home! woo lala...

This week has been an exciting week! haha. I am an auntie again! haha. My eldest sis had just given birth to a baby girl - Clarice. hehee. She is my sis's second child, my fourth niece!! haha.. It's really awesome man. At an age of 19, i already have 1 nephew and 3 nieces to call me "girl-yi". I am proud of that though tt sounds pretty old. woo lala.


Though Ryan's mummy wasn't around for four days, i am proud of his good behaviour man! He even knows how to sayang his baby sister gently and with love. I am really happy tt he did not throw any temper tantrums these days.. I am sure ECH students know how undesirable temper tantrums can turn out to be. Thank God it didnt happen.

And oh yes! Ryan finally has his own guitar! haha.. Francis and I went back to Davis Guitar Music Centre to change my guitar strings, and we saw this cute little hawaiian guitar! haha.. Just the right size for a three year old! haha.. Ryan seems to be pretty interested in strings instruments.. He desires a cello.. but im sorry, i dont have the $ to buy tt big buky classy thingy for him. haha. Maybe a guitar will be as good. haha. He seems to be enjoying it. Dont u think?

Ah Niu number 2.

Woo lala. School is starting in just less than a week's time. Feel pretty reluctant to go back. Thinking of the assignments and days of burning midnight oil & brain juices simply make me sick. Maybe by thinking of canteen 1 food will make me feel better. haha. hope so.

It was Good Friday yesterday. We had our tgif (thank God it's Friday) event at Qinpei's house. We started our event at around 12.45pm and had 3 rounds of games. The last game we had was "Twister". haha.. Whoah.. i didnt know how flexible Jasmine was until yesterday! haha.. she is our Twister Queen!! haha.. Everybody had a great time playing this game and it actually lasted for more than an hour! haaha. I was glad and relieved that our guests had en enjoyable and great time with us too! hehee.

After the games, we had our lunch. Guess what??!!1 We had pizzass!! OH MY GOD!! hahahaa.. it's my favourite!! *yum* haha. We ate and watched an easter cartoon of the Looney Tunes at the same time. haha. Didnt really watch it cos i was busy walking around.. haha. But i guess it was realy hilarious as most of them were concentrating hard with eyes and mouth opened widely. hehee.

After the lunch, we watched "Passion of the Christ". As the movie is kinda long hence we only watched 30mins of it.; the crucifixion part. Hmm.. i'd watched the same part for abt 3-4 times. Initially i thought i might be 'sian' over it and it might not mean anything to me. i was wrong. Everytime when i watched it, it spoke to me differently. One thing i'm for sure is that many of us were touched by the love of Jesus and had a clearer idea on what the whole crucifixion was abt. I can say that the purpose of this tgif event and the screening of the movie is not about winning people to Christ. We have a goal, and it is to allow people to have a clearer and better understanding about who is Jesus, why he was crucified, how he was crucified and the purpose behind everything. The truth is, many people dont know. I am glad that we had taken this bold step forward to take away any misconceptions and doubts that people used to have. I am glad that hearts were touched by the Lord today. ^_^

I am looking forward to Easter Sunday. i know that something great will happen. I am confident.

I just realise how fast my nephew and nieces are growing. My nephew, Ryan, just turned three. My niece, Enqi, just turned two. And.. my youngest niece, Dejia, is already 4 months old. haha.. 5 days later, i will receive the arrival of my 3rd niece again! haha. Friends around me will always say im so blessed to have so many sisters, nephew and nieces. Very often, i would say, "hmm.. ya lor. haha." without considering thoughtfully how blessed i am to have them in my life. I am guilty.

I have been spending almost everyday of my life with my Builder Ryan. haha. He's cool. doesn't talk to ppl whom he doesn't know. And yes, he speaks perfect english in most of his sentences. Just like what Xueli said, "Wow.. all his sentences are grammatically correct," haha. yep. what can i say abt him? He's always so imaginative. He could even use a guitar and pretend it as his own car. (he has his own way man) haha. I always love the way he pretends to be a scary animal. Just like what his teacher wrote in his progress report, "Ryan loves pretending to be a big and scary animal, and making scary sounds and noises too!" haha. I am glad i made the right decision of not working in this holidays. If not, i will definitely miss out the precious moments with this little kiddy man. I love the way he smiles. I love the way he rested on my shoulder and whispered, "i love you". I love the way he call me gah-yi instead of girl yi. i love the way he smiles whenever he did something horrible. i love the way he hug his mama's tummy and sings songs for his baby sister, clarice. and most importantly, i love the way he is. now, and forever.


Besides spending time with Builder Ryan, i had quite a number of opportunties to meet up with my 3rd sis and her darling, enqi. ahhaa.. i love her man. She will always pretend to be fierce and "dao", ignoring the ppl ard her except her mama. But whenever you thought she's angry with you, she would take a peep at you and smile shyly. haha.. and she takes up her mama's trait of speaking aloud. There was one time when she was walking home with her mama. In front of them was a uncle with curly hair. Guess what?? She did sth which i bet most of us daren't. She shouted, "Curly hair!!" Oh man. thank God tt tt uncle didnt hear tt. What will his reaction be man? haha.. "Wah, this girl girl so clever sia! Know tt my hair is curlyyy" haha. I love her.

Jiajiambo!!! (tune of an oldies, "Jajambo") haha. That's what we always sing to my youngest niece, Jia Jia. haha. She's adorable. I mean it. She never fails to smile at you whenever you call her name. haha. God really answers my prayers. I never fail to pray for joy and happiness in her life. And God answers. She is really happy every moment in her life, except when washing hair. haha. Whenever she doesnt wanna slp, she will put on the sweetest smile on her rounddie face. It never fails to melt our hearts. Hence, we're always tempted by her smile to carry her up from her "yao lan" even if she needs to continue her sleep. Why? the reason is simple. Because she's too cute to resist. haha. i love her.

Today is 12th of April. Yepp, only the dmns and francis know what this date means to me.. haha. Anyway, I managed to have a date with momo steph again! I guess this will be the very last time as sch is reopening in less than 2 weeks time. (Aarggh)

Yep, met her at Bukit Batok station and when i reached there, i saw many girls holding on to a donation tin with "President's Challenge" labelled on it. I approached one of them and donated. As usual i pasted the sticker on my left fist. haha. A couple of mins later, momo came and tapped me hard on the shoulder! She really scared me outta my wits! haha. When i saw her, i was surprised tt she too had the donation sticker. Guess what? She had it pasted on her left fist too. haha. Yep, we sure have a lot of things in common. haha.

Momo wanted to buy shoes hence we headed to every shoe store to check them out. Hmm.. in the end, she didnt buy any cos they're either too exp or out of size. Headed to Mos burger (our fav) to grab a bite. Weeee..we found a cosy corner! haha. We quickly sat down and tt cosy corner reminds us of the private space we learnt in module DLE. Arrggh.. nightmare. We were in Mos for quite some time and as usual, we were chatting non stop. Yep, not forgetting abt my thunderous voice too. I am so sorry.. momo received many "ear attacks" from me the whole day. My volume is too loud.. and my voice never fails to reach her ears directly. haha. im sorry. After Mos, we headed to Cards N Such as i wanted to buy sth. We stayed at the shop for pretty long.. i was busy finding a key chain i fancy, while momo was enjoying herself at this machine.

This machine contains songs from various albums... from baby songs to piano classical and yep, Salsa. haha.. Momo and i had a great time imitating a violinist and salsa dancer. Wooo.. and we actually banged our heads together while "performing" sth. haha. I think the sales persons wil think tt we just came out of IMH. Just when i was hesitating on which key chain to buy, momo came and chose one for me. It's written; "Our life is a gift from God; What we do with that life is our gift to God." Nice. inspiring. meaningful. Just the ideal word i need from Lord. Tt's y i immediately bought it without any hesitation. :)

Before leaving, we went to Mac to.., yep, take photos. haha. Both our camera skills really CMI. (cannot make it.) Momo's prob is tt she is always so shaky. haha.. most of the photos turn out to be blurr.. haha. Hmm.. no, i would say artistic. Mine is worst. haha.. Always cut off momo's chin somehow. haha.. yep, artistic too. So, pls dont get angry, momo. :p

Finally had a day out with francis since the start of the hols!! haha.. We took a bus and headed to peninsula plaza to look for an acoustic guitar. We went to the first shop but couldnt find any i fancy. Hence we headed to the one where Francis bought his. The shop is really huge, with photos of various singers like FIR, Huang Yida, Wei Lian etc who had been to their shop. Woo... We looked around and i was shocked to see so many uniquely designed guitars! haha.. i still remember the Doraemon electric guitar. haha.. francis n i were laughing like mad when we saw it! so cute and yeah, cool. Those who loves guitar and are fans of Doraemon should consider buying it. After 15-20 mins, i saw 2 guitars which i fancy. I was thinking which one to buy. After some detailed analysis by Mr Francis, i decided to buy this.

It was truly miraculous. i had been praying hard for the previous two nights tt i would find an acoustic guitar less than 150 bucks. And... i did!!! haha. I paid for 135 bucks in total. haha. God is really precise. haha.

After purchasing the guitar, we headed to Funan's Mac happily. haha.. I was eating fries while Francis was tuning the guitar for me. haha.. After eating for quite a period of time, i realised tt i was the only one eating. I felt so guilty and began to take a couple of fries, squeezed ALL the oil outta them, and stuffed into his mouth. haha.

Franics: "Oh....(groaning) dont u know tt it's gross to do tt?"
Me: Gross? No. It's healthier this way. See see see, all the fats are coming out liao.. Good.
Francis: *faint*

After the hearty snack, we took a bus and wanted to go Sim Lim Sq. I was tapping hard on the ez-link device and wondered y was it so slow to detect my card. When i check my wallet, oops!

I lost my ez-link card!!!!!

We searched frantically for it but failed. Suddenly, francis shouted, "Did u left it on the ez-link card reader at Mac?" Uh-huh...it wa sthe first time my brain flashed back so fast to the scene where i placed my order at the mac counter. Without further ado, i immediately rushed to Funan again.

Pray, was the only word tt filled my mind.
Yes, and it worked!
I found my card.

Whoah.. it was truly an exciting day. haha. We went to Tampines to meet juan for dinner. After tt, the three of us headed to Melville for cell. Juan left earlier cos she was really exhausted after a long tiring day. I really felt so touched tt she came all the way to meet me despite her tiredness.

Woo.. it's another day out with momo again! haha.. we went to watch Ice Age 2 as promised. haha. The movie is great! Very hilarious.. haha.. momo n i were laughing crazily at the part where Sid was leading a tribal dance. haha. But i prefer Ice Age 1 than 2. AG 1 was more touching.. esp with the little kid. heehee. Oh ya, we even da bao our food into the theatre. Lol. We brought in Subway's burger. It's the first time momo ate Subway! haha.. and she was enjoying it man! haha.. good good. I was so hungry tt i finished it up even before the show started. haha. And as usual, bread crumbs, veggies, sauces were dripping and falling everywhere. *opps*

After movie, we shopped around but felt exhausted soon after tt. Hence we headed to Paragon's Delifrance to talk & to enjoy the fruit tart. haha.. made a fool out of myself in Deli. I kept on making thunderous sounds.. either dropping utensils or pushing the table to n fro. haha. well, tt's me. hah

Had a great day with momo today! hahaa.. hmm, next outing? haha. yesh, it has been decided!!
