It's 0907 now. A pretty weird time to blog cos most ppl are now in the childcare centres serving their attachment. Haha.. i can afford to blog now cos im working the 11am-7pm shift. mentor wants me to have a chance to meet up with the parents during picking-up times. :)
Anyway, i conducted my art lesson yesterday. Messy. Disastrous. Horrible. There were too much cryings and wailings in my class!! There were several new children and they are struggling very hard with separation anxiety. Imagine, a class with 4 children crying non-stop and 16 other chn running round n round the class like playground. Wow.. challenging task for me. Anyway, the entire lesson evaluation which im goin to write will defnitely be a negative one. Thank God i didnt conduct this lesson during my supervisor assessment. If i do, i'll definitely get a poor grade.
My mentor assessment wil be on 26th July, wed. Same date as Karen's supervisor assessment. hahas. I need to work doubly hard on this one as it's equally as impt as the previous assessment. 40% somemore.
Looking at my personal planner, i smile. Cos i only have one exam module this semester and it falls on 18th Aug. After that, i'll be free!! I will be having my 2 full months holiday, all e way till 15th Oct. hahahas.. Shall jia you for now.
Peiling and Steph's assessment today! Jia you, girls~

From Colossians 3
12Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 13Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
15Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. 16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. 17And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
I would encourage you to read this over a number of times. After reading your this particular entry, i just feel that for the children (of whom they are God-created and dearly loved by Him), you need to shower them with the utmost compassion and love. Do not forget your promise you made to the Lord. From verses 13 onwards, read it and you will know that no matter how much trouble or how naughty the children may be, just forgive them for they are young and innocent. Just remember this verse too. From Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. A child has a heart which yearns to learn and is very teachable. For you as a teacher to them, you must train the children with patience so they when they grow up, they will not stray away from the morals and teachings you have taught them.
The keywords are patience, love and compassion. Have a blessed teaching journey till you age and return to the Lord! God Bless You!
