Just came from the D.A.R.E camp ystd. it was a 3days 2 nights camp at Navigators. Whole body wad aching terribly due to the games we had for the past 2 days. nevertheless, all of us enjoyed ourselves. it was tiring yet fun to serve!

Had e` chance to partner with shirley to lead a group of 8 kids. our group name is Esther. hahas. and we came up with a cheer for it! it was really funny as we had to dance and sing the cheer in the park where we had our games, with the public staring and laughing at us. the games were very. first night, we'd a 'conquering' game where we had to run and snatched our opponent's flags. to raise the difficulty level, water guns were used to attack us. haha. the kids just loved it. second day was a series of station games where all of us got wet and dirty with FLOUR, orange juice, etc. it was disgusting but really fun. i liked the water bomb part. poor shirley n i went all out to risk our lives to protect our "wang-wang-biscuit grabber", Faith. A water bomb hit right onto my face larrr! all thanks to candice. hahas. after the games, we headed back to out bunks and bathed. wah, we practically waited for 2 hours for our turns. the kids sure took their own sweet time to dress up for the Royalty Night! this camp was really special as it gave the kids a chance to dress up like princesses and princes. our main objective was to make them feel special and unique and to know that God has given them special talents and gifts to be proud of. the royalty night was filled with laughter, cheers and prizes! Aileen, our emcee, was really good in catching our attention and making the entire party so fun and crappy. i look forward to next yr's camp!!
